Mark Barnes and Oliver Allgood have successfully completed the Project Management Qualification (PMQ) awarded by the Association for Project Management (APM).
The qualification builds on the practical experience they have gained in running major broadcast projects at dB.
According to the APM, the course is: “Designed to improve the skills of project management staff, to enable them, through good project management practice, to make sound business decisions and thereby manage their projects to a successful conclusion.”
Mark and Oliver opted for a Provek blended learning package of online/home study and a 3-day classroom course. Oliver had previously completed the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification.
The pair were awarded their qualifications on 24th December. “That was a nice Christmas present,” says Mark. “We are looking forward to applying the knowledge gained to current and future dB projects.”
