dB Broadcast will be showing a range of its products at IBC this year, and visitors will be able to meet experts from the company to discuss their applications.
Products to be shown include:
– Hawkeye modular range of ASI monitoring and switching equipment, popular with broadcasters for over 20 years. The latest versions include the IQASI82 with 2 inputs and 2 outputs and near seamless switching, the IQASI25 switched DA with 2 inputs and 5 outputs, and the IQSDA10 ASI DA with 1 input and 7 outputs.
– The self-contained MERlin monitoring receiver, designed for the demands of DVB-T2 and with extreme reliability proven by its deployment across the UK transmission network and at remote transmitter sites. Occupying only 1RU space, MERlin monitors input RF modulation parameters and signal performance metrics including Modulation Error Ratio (MER) and Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) status.
– Intelligent MDUs, of which dB Broadcast is one of the largest suppliers with its Cardinal Range, of which over 1500 have been supplied in the last two years to Arqiva, Atos, BBC, Ericsson, Google, ICC and many others. Cardinal web and SNMP interfaces give easy access to sophisticated remote control and configuration facilities and email alerts. Reliability has been verified by its use at TV and DAB transmitter sites throughout the UK.
Visitors to Stand 10.A28 will be able to see the products and how they could make the most of their advanced facilities in their own applications.
